Saata Bangura is an award-winning, multidisciplinary creative whose work centers around high-impact visual representation. As an art director, graphic designer and fine artist, her career spans numerous organizations in the advertising, marketing, tech, entertainment, and nonprofit industries. Some of the past brands Saata has worked on include Google, Disney, Nike, Under Armour, Mrs. Meyers, Major League Baseball, Baskin Robbins, Marriott, MTV, Star Wars: Force for Change, and The 3% Conference.
Operating from the intersection of creativity, mindfulness, and curiosity, she has a track record of creating change and making an impact. She is rooted in culture and is passionate about music, dance, social justice, pop culture and all things creative. Part of her creative philosophy is to get to the WHY and anchor that in everything she creates.
Saata is a proud first-generation American with roots in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Born and bred in the Bay Area, she now calls Los Angeles the home she’s made for herself.
